The personal files archiving process includes employee’s documents scanning and transferring them to SAP, which will save them to the OpenText Content Management repository and the SAP Content repository.

The working time archiving process includes scanning documents that contain multiple codes and employees names.

Archiving payroll slips

The process of generating and archiving pay slips is initiated from the SAP HR system. The process enables automatic and individual archiving of regular and extraordinary salary calculations and saving them to the Micro Focus Content Manager system.
