NetApp and NVIDIA Partnership to Enhance Large-Scale Retrieval (RAG)
On March 18th, NetApp announced a partnership with NVIDIA to enhance the next generation of Large-Scale Retrieval (RAG) for generative AI applications.
The new collaboration directly integrates the announced microservices of NVIDIA NeMo Retriever – which are part of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform for developing and deploying production AI applications, including generative AI – with exabytes of data on the NetApp intelligent data infrastructure. Every NetApp ONTAP® user can now seamlessly “interact with their data” to access proprietary business insights without compromising the security or privacy of their data
