Fujitsu SX Survey 2024
Fujitsu has published the report “2024 Fujitsu SX Survey – Accelerating Sustainability Transformation with AI”, which explores global trends in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the transformation of sustainability (SX).
The survey, conducted among 800 C-level (CxO) executives from 15 countries, highlights the growing impact of AI on business and society. Over the next three years, AI is expected to play a key role in making complex decisions within organizations. However, many companies are still in the early stages of implementing AI, with 40% of organizations not having an organization-wide strategy. The report suggests that successfully integrating AI into business processes, along with developing new employee skills, will accelerate digital transformation and help address societal challenges.
Fujitsu offers recommendations for executives to maximize the potential of AI in the context of sustainability.
