The system is based on Meridio eDRM platform and enables management of the administrative and non-administrative cases.

The new case may be opened from the remote location/site or at the moment a new request related to water management appears in the mailroom. All related documents are attached to the new case, if necessary paper documents are scanned,  and the case is assigned to the employee who will be officer in charge. The case is monitored by supervisor from the start, the preparation and status of the official documents is supervised also, until all needed documents are finished and final reply distributed to the relevant parties, when the case may be closed. The system is in operation since 2003 and includes all cases from 1995-2002 scanned and archived in the same repository.
