It is Autonomy Meridio eDRM application for the IT support for logging of incoming, outgoing and internal mail.

EMR main features are:

  • logging of incoming, outgoing and internal mail and, as special case logging of incoming invoices
  • scanning and importing of scanned digital documents into Meridio eDRM system
  • distribution of mail to clerks in charge and monitoring the mail processing status of
  • cancel and re-logging of mail
  • outgoing mail electronic delivery form for Croatian Post
  • comprehensive search by mail type, in/out date, org. unit, sender,
  • administration of users and codes.

EMR in INA ensures improved mail processing speed, less process duplication and manual intervention, mail delivery to the right people. Additionally mail information is captured and processed at a centralized gateway for greater control.
