HRT scan all incoming invoices, bills and similar documents as soon as they arrive to the organisation, for further checking and processing in electronic form.
Data captured via this soultion can be delivered in any format required by the ERP system, database or application receiving the data. All scanned documents are processed through a ‘knowledge base’, which holds feature definitions of the documents. When documents have similar features they are categorised. This solution is able, in the other hand, to accept differences yet still classify ‘same supplier’ invoices – much as a human administrator would do.
