At the Philosophical Faculty in Zagreb was organised the ninth competition in Japanese speech. BCC Services was again sponsor. BCC's prize won: Elizabeta Radetić and Kristina Đuretić, for the best performance in Japanese language, for the poem "Let us walk with with our heads up".

In 2004 the ownership of the company changed by management buy-out. The present company operates observing all the standards and procedures of the original parent company.
